- Foundation: While the Tower of Knowledge is founded on human observation, the Tower of Universe is founded on the Big Bang.
- Building Blocks: The Tower of Knowledge uses concepts and theories, while the Tower of Universe is composed of matter and energy.

- if they are random without any knowledge of where or what measure it is called a substance / quantity

- Height: The Tower of Knowledge is constantly growing, but its height is limited by human understanding. The Tower of Universe is infinite and expanding.
- Purpose: The Tower of Knowledge serves human needs and curiosity, while the Tower of Universe exists independently of any purpose.
